Ordering a pet portrait is really straightforward!
The process of ordering is very easy - please follow the steps below.
1. Contact me by filling in the form on my contact page to let me know you'd like to commission a pet portrait. Please let me know which medium and size you would like. I will reply within 24 hours and ask you to send me a photograph of your pet. I will need a good quality, sharp, close-up photo. My photography tips will help you to take the best possible photo of your pet. To choose the medium for your pet portrait, go to my choose medium and style page. If you then visit my prices page, you will be able to choose the size of portrait you prefer according to your preferences and budget.
2. Once a photo has been decided on I'll make a start on your portrait. As soon as it's finished I'll email you an image to ensure you're happy with it.
3. I'll then ask you to send me the agreed amount by cheque or bank transfer. A bank transfer will be the fastest option, but if you opt for a cheque there will be a short wait until the cheque clears and then I'll post your portrait to you. Your portrait will be well-packaged to keep it safe in transit and posted by UK Confirmed (signed for) first class post.
How long will it take?
For the majority of the year I can complete your pet portrait within 2 weeks. However, Christmas is very busy so please order in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.
Gift vouchers
If your portrait is a gift and you've left it a little late, consider a gift voucher. Vouchers are valid for a full year and allow the bearer to order a pet portrait for the amount on the card any time they wish within that year. Just contact me to arrange.
